To get an answer faster

• Write from the email address of your Pure Analytics account.
• Include the tracking ID of the website concerned, shown in the dashboard next to the site.
• For an API problem, include the request URL, the time, and the code field of the error response. Never send your API key.
• For a tracking problem, include the address of a page where the script is installed.
